To reschedule or cancel your appointments please email, text or call to give at least 24 hours notice. Please note if you are more than 20 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment, although we will do our best to accommodate you at the time, we may have other appointments which may be affected.

Pricing - please note, the cost of grooms depends upon your pet’s coat, condition and temperament. Prices quoted are ‘from’ and are based on pets who are well-maintained at home between visits. Full payment will be taken on collection and discussed with the groomer on drop off.
Matted Dog Policy
We do not brush out heavily matted dogs and have a clip off policy. If your dog is matted, under no circumstances will we put them through any pain or discomfort. In addition to this we are legally obliged to work within the constraints of the Animal Welfare Act, considering your dog’s welfare at all times.

Animal Welfare Act - To Prevent Animals Suffering
Section 9 of the Animal Welfare Act places a duty of care on people to ensure they take reasonable steps in all the circumstances to meet the welfare needs of their animals to the extent required by good practice.
This includes:

need for a suitable diet

need to be able to exhibit normal behaviour patterns

need to be housed with, or apart, from other animals

need to be protected from pain, suffering, injury and disease
